 However, it is also proved that a light sunburn is health-giving and effective. The scientists proclaimed that the lack of sun rays leads to regular depressions and bad moods. The statistics show that the countries with colder climate have the highest rate of suicides, especially at winter. Under the influence of sun rays, our organism produces a great amount of endorfines, happiness hormones. Just as well as chocolate, for example. Besides, there is also a D3 vitamin existing in sun rays which appears only because of them. If you lack them sharply, turn to solarium immediately, but don’t get accustomed to it!

Before visiting the solarium, it is important to contact doctor and cosmetologist. In order to understand the reaction of your skin begin with the small intervals of time. In the case of irritation or burns, stop the visits immediately. Don’t forget to remove all the make-up and decorations before entering the solarium. Provide yourself with the hat and sunglasses if the salon doesn’t offer it to you. Do not take shower or bath before the seance. Use some damping balsam for lips defense. Skip one seance before the next one. Now, you are ready to attend solarium with no risks to health!
